Shipping- we ship UPS ground within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping will have a shipping surcharge added, that may not show on original receipt but will be approved before product ships.
Return policy- returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for full refund minus original shipping. Returned product may not be used in anyway or in damaged condition. Customer pays for return shipping. Damaged product must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Any returns on damaged or defective merchandise must be pre-authorized through KMK’s customer service at 866-771-0787.
